Plug

I was surprised when I opened the box.  They are nice cutters.  I use them for wood and making small rubbers discs for various uses.  I'm happy with the purchase.

These plug cutter cut great on walnut without burning and true to size.

Worked very well. One has to be experienced to know to only use gentle pressure. The tool will break if too much pressures applyed.

Good Product

Purchased to create some plugs for countersunk 5" Timber ties on joining Redwood 4x4's. The deep plug set was perfect. Great value and arrived on time.

Perfect Fit for Project

Just received these today. After putting my new drill press together, I used the 1/2" plug cutting to cut some plugs in 1" Cumaru, which is an exotic Brazilian hardwood. It cut through it like a hot butter knife through butter. Very pleased. Definitely recommend.

As another reviewer said, these plug cutters go through wood like a hot knife through butter. I've only used them on sapele so far but they worked great.

Works great

Although I have only used one of the bits, it worked excellently to produce plugs from a 1.5" thick board. They are perfectly formed with crisp edges and smooth sides. This is the first plug tool that has worked so well for me.

Tool works excellently

The cutter on the bit seems to be set too far in and does not seem to have a good cutting edge on the inside. This makes the wood burn and produce a poor plug or tenon. A little adjustment to the cutter and I think these would be a great product. I was using them to cut tenons on end grain of sapele.
