Flow

Increased flow rate dramatically. Had been using a brown coupling (? no idea of flow rate)

This is the standard coupling for Grohe.  It looked small, but it screwed on just fine!   Fits great.  I threw away my old one that was full of debris and now the water flows fast like before! ☺️

It fits perfectly

Good product. Does what it is supposed to do. One thing that would be helpful is if the company would specify the difference between the four differently-coloured parts in this series. Two are reduced-flow. I am not sure what the other differences are. I had to poke around the internet for quite awhile to figure this out. On the other hand, Grohe has a good video that shows you how to replace the part. Easy-peasy

Good part, needs more info

Once I receive the product and installed it it was great. However it took more than seven days before it was shipped and then another 10+ days to arrive. I believe it was 19 days from the day I ordered till the day I received it. The product is universal however when I first got it I noticed that the black end is smaller in exterior circumference than the one I was replacing so I initially thought I had the wrong part.  It did fit though and now I have excellent water flow again.

Long wait!

Faucet is like new again, replaced after 16 years.

Easy to install & works great.  Was surprised though that the flow restriction coupling showed a marked deterioration in flow after less than 1 year's use.

Grohe is great and helped me with the exact part.  Thought I needed a new faucet when it was an inline filter at a fraction of the cost!!

Outstanding service!!

The part works fine, but shipping was eternally slow.  I got the email saying it shipped on 1 Sep, but didn't get the part until 12 Sep.
