Pressure

The pressure in my sink was so little that it barely dribbled.  The filter cartridge did the trick.  Thank you for the help in finding this.

Easy to install . The old valve on our 25 year old Europlus kitchen faucet was leaking through the faucet body into the cabinet below . I could have been done with the swap in five minutes except for cleaning two decades of junk inside and out . Works better than ever with a firm but consistent pressure throughout the handle travel .Hope it lasts as long as the old one .

The cartridge is a good replacement for the original cartridge, but the instructions could use some more explanation.  The drawings are weak too.

Your customer service was great. The part came quickly and was easy to order, but oh my goodness. Removing the old one was almost impossible! And when we went online we found dozens of comments saying the same. This is a design flaw you should fix. It should not be so hard to remove this when needed for replacement.

When the plumber took apart the faucet to replace the cartridge he discovered excessive corrosion that he said was caused by the cheap "white metal" on the underside of the lever, and which caused the leaks that necessitated replacing the cartridge to begin with.  I paid a lot of money for what I thought was a premium product.  I am very disappointed that an inferior metal was used.

Cheap material caused my problem.

Good product, but should have been covered under "limited lifetime" warranty "for the life of my home."

Good product, unfair interpretation of warranty

Purchased a new Ladylux kitchen faucet from a high end distributor. Within months, i had to replace the “quick connect” coupler. Had progressive loss of water pressure. Couldn't  use the spray head at all. Cleaned the aerator, replaced the coupler, and bought a new cartridge. The cartridge didnt fit unless old seal used. Leaked horribly. Put old one back in. Water barely came out. Had a plumber come out to make sure there was no plumbing issue. None found. Determined it was in the faucet. Bought a Delta faucet at a fraction of the cost. Full pressure. For as expensive as that faucet and parts were, will never buy nor recommend again.

Ladylux issues

What do I have to keep replacing Groehe parts?  They are very expensive, as were the faucets, etc. in the first place.  I purchased them in the first place because my contractor assured me they were top notch in quality, but this is the second time I've had to order parts.  My sprayer and faucet for the purfied water are also leaking, but I'm just putting towels around them because I know if I replace the parts, I'll have to pay a plumber and for the parts yet again.
