My current Grohe faucet was ten years old and finally needed a new spray head. My plumber recommended Grohe back then saying that I would always be able to get parts. He was right. I was impressed that it lasted 10 years, and was very happy with the price of simply replacing that part. Looking forward to another ten years of use.

As always, a high quality product from Grohe. It is well worth paying a little more at the outset for high quality and since Grohe is great about making it easy to get replacement parts for all their plumbing fixtures. They last a very long time and work extremely well. And look great too!

Best quality faucet

The rubber underside of our original faucet developed a tear so we ordered a replacement from the Grohe US website.  It arrived within a few days.  My only criticism was that it came with no instruction on how to insert the piece which controls the water flow.  We opted out of using it and just reduce the water pressure instead.

Faucet returns to "as good as new"

I was happy to find the replacement part I needed online. It works but the finish doesn't really match the rest of the faucet as it is slightly lighter. I'm hoping with time it will darken.

Faucet was very easy to replace.  However there were no instructions in the box - there are two little gizmos, which I found out on-line are to reduce water flow. 
Delivery was great, ordering was easy.  Faucet is good looking.  And Grohe has a great warrantee. Price was reasonable

  
I live in a 30+ story condo building and unfortunately having the water turned off and on periodically when work is being done on the risers causes build up within the faucet.  Lot of little parts to catch the debris, but unfortunately not easy for me to remove and clean.  So I let the problem go on too long and then need to replace the faucet head.

Got this to replace the original. Although the piece itself works great I find it very expensive for what it is and would replace the entire unit if it ever goes again. There are great faucets out there for around double the cost of the Spray head. So it works great, is exactly as described but lacks on value and should be much cheaper.

Works great but too expensive for what it is.

This the fourth sprayer head I have replaced since 2016.  Each one of them has failed for the same reason. The button that changes the water from stream to spray stops working.  There are no replaceable parts so the whole spray head has to be replaced.  It is nice while it is working.  Although it is expensive to replace the sprayer head, replacing the spray head costs less than replacing the whole faucet.

Bought it to replace sprayer for my 15 year old faucet. Did not work 100% in that water comes out of the sprayer when not using the sprayer. Had to fool around with the thickness of the washer (had to use 2 washers) to get it to stop coming out. Also, no instructions on how to replace the other parts received

Replacement Sprayer

I installed the Pull Or Spray faucet as a direct replacement and I am disappointed.  The spray head drips water when I only want water out of the main nozzle .. Regardless if the button on pressed.  It tends to drop more after I select spray function.

Purchased a replacement Ladylux Cafe pullout spray.  Installed it only to find two different leaks in the unit.  The principal leak is due to a mechanical misfit for the screw collar of the existing flexible hose mating with the spray head.  The plastic base of the spray head interferes with the screw nut and prevents it from fully seating.  Also the inner diameter of the new spray fitting is ever so slightly larger than the prior spray fitting and so the existing o-ring did not compress sufficiently for a proper water seal.  The 2nd leak is internal to the spray nozzle where the diverter valve does not completely shut off when the button is not depressed and a small stream leaks from the spray jets when it is supposed to be off.
