We purchased our Kitchen faucet over 4 years ago. For the most part the faucet held up great. The  hot cold on off mechanism worked as well as the day it was installed and the finish looked new. Unfortunately, the rubber piece Covering the spray diverter/actuator began to deteriorate and eventually tore off the spray head. I searched online to find a replacement part, but was unsuccessful.  I contacted the the local plumbing supply who advised me that I needed to replace the entire spray head. I went online again and ordered the part (entire spray head). The spray head (satin stainless finish) failed to arrive as it was back ordered. I contacted the customer service desk and spoke with Stephanie who explained that the part I ordered would not be in stock for at least 2 months. She then stated the chrome version was in stock and that she would ship it to me no charge so that we could be up and running without further delay. She then advised me that in the future I should contact Grohe customer service before ordering replacement parts as many are covered under their warranty.

We love our Grohe kitchen faucet but the sprayer button broke so it wouldn't go off spray. Replacing the part was better than replacing the entire faucet, and it was easy to since it just screws on and off.

Easy Fix for Great Faucet

I was having a very hard time finding this replacement since my faucet has long been discontinued.  Not only did I find it here, it was the perfect fit and was shipped and received very quickly.  Great experience from beginning to end

It so helpful to wash vegetables with the spray feature and versatile enough to meet your regular kitchen sink needs. Excellent!

Like Grohe products however the rubber to turn the spray on keeps wearing out. The first one was replaced under warranty and this one I'm paying for. Be nice if you could just replace the rubber on the head. Oh well, such as life!

Great, but……

Exact match to replace a spray that is about 10 years old.  Helped avoid changing out entire fixture which is great.  Poorly designed rubber switch on top failed on old spray...new replacement spray the same and my guess is that it will fail again in a couple of years.

Replacement Spray

We have this faucet for some 10 years. The push buttom wore out and we could only spray with it. Very excited to be able to have full function agaim.

Pull out spray

Not as well made as the original and cheap feeling.  The button on top to control the spray still has the cheap rubber cover that failed and fell off or our prior replacement.  Bought this because our only other choice was replacing the entire faucet and matching pieces but this thing is really just a stop gap because of its poor design/construction.

The replacement kitchen retractable spout head was the same as the original in style and texture. However, it had a flaw. When the spout was retracted to the faucet head, it would not always attach or seat itself perpendicular and be properly aligned with the faucet. If the faucet was swiftly moved right or left, the spout head would swivel right and left and not seat property in its correct perpendicular position. 
The cause and problem are that the spout head, which has two plastic knobs, that were undersize, and did not fit into the two matching receptables in the   faucet. The original spout head had much larger size plastic knobs which fit into the receptable properly and prevented the right /left sway problem.
How this defect slips by the engineering and quality control Departments are a mystery to me.
The service technical person said it might be that the line was not retracting with pressure, and to check for a weight or spring on the hose that would correct the problem. I have    not checked this yet. But the plastic knobs are STILL TOO SMALL AND NEED TO BE REDESIGNED.
