After replacement, the ceramic cartridge works perfectly and no more dripping hot water.  The quality is superb and also looks beautiful.

High quality replacement for my original cartridge

It was difficult for me to find the correct Grohe parts on the invoices from when we originally purchased the Grohe faucets.  The person asked that I send her photos, and she was able to provide a link to the site where I could purchased very quickly.  I was able to get the parts within a couple of days.  Thank you Grohe!

She identified the parts I needed within a few min

These seemed to be exactly what I needed after getting the faucets out.  Unfortunately, I was a bit late to the game and ended up having to ruin the fixtures upon extraction(with a hacksaw) due to extreme hard water.  Upon dissection, the seals at the bottom of the cartridge were disintegrated due to time.  I ended up sending these back due to not having a usable faucet set anymore --- but these should work well for you if your faucet will come apart without ruining it.

These seem to be something that would work

The guidance I got from the Grohe team allowed me to complete the repair without having any previous plumbing experience. They guided me on how to identify the flawed part and then instructed on how to take it apart and, once I had ordered the replacement part, on how to put it back together again. It was absolutely full-service!

Excellent service

Very nice craftsmanship they work perfectly and replace 35 year old parts. The only problem I had was the parts for the 35 years old faucets rubber washers wore out and finding out that the new ceramic cartridges replaced the old rubber washers was a chore. It took two years to find out with dripping faucets all the time.

Two critical parts were needed to extend the life of a bathroom faucet set after 14 years of service. Grohe made it easy to find the original parts and they arrived quickly.

There are no instructions anywhere on how to replace. Removing the cross handle is not intuitive at all. Turns out it is not screwed on. You have to pull it up really hard, of pop it up with a non marking instrument, like a couple of broom sticks. Then removing the cartridge is another tough struggle with tools

I had a Moen faucet and Moen was able to send me all the parts for free every time under warranty for GROHE They make you pay for parts they don't honor the warranty at all it is not as dependable as moen They don't stand behind their products
