It arrived in 1 week after ordering, was easy to install, looks and functions beautifully. We bought it to replace a similar faucet made by a different company that leaked constantly. That company replaced it and the replacement also leaked. 
We decided to buy the Grohe K7. It was more expensive. But hopefully will give us years of perfect wear as our other Grohe faucets have.

I would have given this a 5 star but in less than 1 year I had a leaking problem with the faucet but with that said, Grohe was great about sending me a replacement piece at no cost to me and I have had no issues since.

We love the look of the faucet
I would have given it a 5 star rating however after 3 years of limited use the spray and stream water now come out at the same time when turned on. So we must push the controller button to make it switch to which one we want to use rather than the water coming out in one form either spray or stream. Also the faucet make a horrible screeching noice when it's turned on as the spray and stream come out together.

Beautiful faucet which doesn't work right

I LOVE the design and quality of the Grohe faucet.  This is my second one, and because of the quality and warranty service experience I had with my first, I did not hesitate to purchase another Grohe product.  Having said that, there are two areas of disappointment with regard to the K7 - the water flow is just not to my satisfaction (1.75GPM) is noticeable compared to my other Grohe faucet, and the length of the faucet hose to which it extends is a bit disappointing.  Given, this was just installed in our new home of which we have yet to move in.  I was told by tech support that the spring should start to give after a period of use, hopefully allowing a bit more flexibility in the hose.  I'm hoping over time I can get use to the lower flow rate and will have the flexibility that I desire with regard to the hose length.

After just one year the button that controls the water flow from full stream to spray malfunctions causing the water flow to spray only while making a loud buzzing sounds. A Grohe representative said it's a manufacturer flaw. They are sending a new replacement faucet head. Hopefully the replacement lasts longer than a year.

The faucet will not stay in stream mode.  It keeps spraying and makes a loud noise.  It is only a year that we have it.

I'm doing my best to get in touch with you for a warranty replacement of the handpiece. This hand piece selector button has been a problem since we bought it. It was replaced after 2 years of use, and now 3 years later needs to replace again. Please reach out if this is possible under warranty.

Troubles with the handpiece

Like with everyone, I am very disappointed with this product.  It is really really expensive but after using it for 2 years, the spray and regular water does not work.  It will not hold.  Then, another 3 months later, this really horrible screeching sound comes on when you turn on the faucet.  I tried changing the spray part 3 times but it happens over and over again after a year or so.  Some after 6 months.  I am seriously considering filing a class action lawsuit here.  Let me know if anyone is interested in joining me here.

Terrible flow on the regular side ok on the spray please help I love the design and look I just need more water pressure from it.

Product is poubelle. Grohe is not what I would have expected. Its price point suggests quality but the poor performance is quite appalling. For a faucet to fail repeatedly in a short time is unacceptable. I've purchased faucets for far less that performed much better.
