When I bought my home 2 years ago, it had a Grohe bathroom collection, I had never seen the color...a dark browinsh bronze. Everything was different but evryone kept commenting on it. I love the collection and I am now looking to buy a new set as I am re-decorating my other bathroom and want something different that can't be found at the big regular stores. I like to have unique items. So decided to go with Grohe again!

Great look and functionality

This is the more popular model of faucet and have sold so many of these beuties. This is also my faucet, and wouldnt change it even so that I took it with me to my new home. Best customer service and well made german faucet. I highly Recommend

The Best Kitchen Faucet

Ease of use in operation, looks clean and polished and doesn't really get too dirty so so far happy about it. Considering getting one more for a pantry upstairs.

Slim and Clean!

Great faucet with one kind of significant glitch.  The faucet needs to project further into the sink, more towards the center.  The span of the neck is too shallow resulting in water splashing constantly onto the counter and backsplash because of its proximity to the edge of the sink.  Placement is standard so the faucet itself needs to be designed to direct flow more into the center of the sink not the edge.  There is no way to avoid this unless you pull the head off and use one hand to hold it and one hand to wash which doesn't work

Great faucet..but.....

I installed the faucet over two years ago and it works great for low water use since the temperature can be set and you can easily turn it on and off.  The sprayer is pretty powerful also.

We have had our faucet for several years and water pressure has reduced to barely a trickle on hot and a little better on cold. The spray option does not work alone because there is not enough water flow to keep the spray in hold position. I am ordering a new cartridge hoping that fixes the problem. Per other reviews, sound like a need a need spray head too.

Having issues with spray head

I have cleaned all the filters and flow limiters in my unit and still have very low pressure.  This has been the case since it was installed.  Is there any way to increase the flow rate.  I've had a plumber in and he says that the hoses feeding the water to the unit are just fine.

It took us several years of troubleshooting kitchen sink plumbing c/w replacement of the under sink plumbing because we thought the leak was elsewhere. Now we realize we are not the only customers who experience random leaks with this poor quality product.

Looks good with nice feat but leaks inconsistently

We have the LadyLux single handle kitchen faucet. The faucet is less than 3 years old and we have already two instances of the faucet leaking from the handle on to our kitchen counter and under our kitchen sink due to a problem with the cartridge in between the handle and the faucet. After reading many reviews of this product, this appears to be a frequent problem among your customers. This faucet is no longer an option for our home.  We have other Grohe products that we are very satisfied with, so we are hoping that your support to replace it will keep a strong reputation.
