Well-built, except for the seats - they are a bit flimsy.  I read other reviews where they purchaser mentioned the dye on the seat cover staining the kids clothing. I can confirm this. My kids played on this after getting wet, and it did stain their pants.  Other than that, this is a wonderful playground toy for kids.

I ordered this for a Christmas gift, looks to be a good product but was just disappointed that the box was damaged when I picked it up...........there was a hole in it with a part of the item sticking out.

I do love the Site to Store process.............very easy and convenient. I would definitely recommend this process to everyone.

It's a great product. my kids love it. it's easy to assemble. only downside is the riders have to be close to the same weight. maybe up to a 15 pound difference is ok. a very sturdy product.

We bought this for our church playground and it is a wonderful addition...Just have to buy somthing to secure it to the groud and your set...KID LOVE IT

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i like that it is easy to assemble.  It was smaller than I expected.

My kids loved this teeter totter, but it had nothing but problems. The fun was not worth it. The seats fell apart and completely rotted from the bottom (which is made of wood that is not meant to be outside), the metal pieces started to rust within a few months. The company said they would send new pieces. It's been NINE months and they have never actually sent them. I am done with this company. The company had the audacity to tell me this item should be brought inside in inclement weather and for the entire winter.

Fun but not worth it!

My grandma bought this for her house for all her great grandchildren and also bought one for my children at our home. We had it not even 2 months and the red seats have bled red dye all over my children's clothes and ruined them! This same thing happened to my grandma's teeter totter. She contacted the company as did I and was asked for the shipping address and all the teeter totter info. We were told several times that our order will be shipped or has been shipped and that was over 2 months ago!! Awful company, they will string you along and this tetter totter is not worth it!

Poor quality

This is an outdoor toy that should not get ruined due to weather! so disappointed! and looks like with the other reviews that the company is not going to replace the parts! don't buy this!
