I've used these grids for years.  They are very well made and can be used for many purposes! Currently I've made a food pantry in a small closet using these...perfect!

Essential!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These were perfect for making a pen for my guinea pigs and my bunny underneath! It's sturdy and easy to assemble! Definitely a better option than your typical pet store cage! 
Highly recommend for either shelving, or a cage for your critters!

It's perfect for any room, the cubes are a good size for books, clothes or wide based Nick knacks.  Super easy to put together! It can wobble very little on one side but I just rotated the unit until I found a stable side. I made two shelves instead of the one large one.

Great find

this is great for organizing lightweight items. I bought two sets of 12 so that each of my kids could have one in their bedroom. The first one took almost an hour but the second one was much quicker once I got the hang of it. I would definitely recommend that you use some kind of padding on your hands. The kit comes with a small wooden hammer that you can use to bang the pieces together. I thought that was rather awkward so I just pressed things together with the palm of my hand. By the time I was done I realized I should have been using oven mitts or hot pads to help protect my palms. They ended up hurting for a day or two after building these. the other thing to be aware of is that if you move these very much they will come loose at the corners. So you just have to press everything together tightly again.

great for organizing lightweight items

i bought this unit to add on to an existing set i had already. 

Everything was alright with this purchased unit, except that it is much smaller than the other unit I had. The panels are smaller by maybe an inch or so, and it doesn't reach the connectors on the existing unit. I also had one or two connectors that cracked with minimal pressure, while putting the unit together. 

Overall, it is a good set and i am not mad. It is just not quite five stars, for me.

Smaller panels

These are great - I like that they are lighweight, but you can't put really heavy stuff on them. They are a little bigger than I thought. I also didn't live how much plastic they used for packaging.

Pretty good

I love this piece!  It was frustratingly fun to put together.  The only bad thing is that it was missing one of the wire pieces.  Other than that it is great!

Great piece for my classroom!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not only is the item hard to assemble the cubes are not sturdy. I was using this as a bookshelf for my son and even with just a few books the shelves were collapsing. Once it's assembled you can't move it with ANYTHING in it or it will crumble to pieces. Not worth the time or effort it takes to assemble
