Quality

This trampoline seems to be a higher quality unit. We had a different brand in the past. The mat/bouncing net feels thicker and smoother. The safety net appears to be. A higher quality as well. Only negative is the way the pad fits/attaches over the springs. But its functional. Otherwise very happy with this unit. Great exercise for cooped up kids.

Trampoline

Ordering process easy. Delivery time great. Packaging was well in order, all the parts and instructions were in the boxes and assembly was not difficult. It takes more than one adult to assemble but it isn't very difficult to set up. Grand kids love it. Seems to be a good quality product

Only got one box in. Still waiting for the rest of the trampoline. Frustrating.

Did anyone get boxes separately?

Sucks!! Not even fully paid for and it is gone. This thing blew out of my yard twice. The second time I was unable to find it. My neighbors trampolines stayed. Apparently this is cheaply made and ridiculously light. Do not buy unless you want it to last less than a few months. What a waste too bad I can't get my money back. All I have left is the ladder that wasn't attached.

Waste of money

Today is December 28th- this was a Christmas gift- 3 days in and the product is failing.  I bought this model specifically because of the 375lb weight limit- I knew there would be times when my husband or myself would jump with our 40 lb daughter and wanted to make sure the weight would be supported.  My husband (220 lbs) jumped with her for the first time yesterday. Today my daughter and I come out to jump and I noticed the center was puckered. We got on and it was obviously not the same- now its like jumping on a bed, as opposed to a trampoline.  I pulled back the padding and many of the springs are sprung... terribly disappointed! I have initiated contact with the seller- I will update this review accordingly.

Buyer Beware

I bought this trampoline 1 year ago today and it has already been destroyed by the wind… the medal poles are completely bent. This product was made for the outdoors and should be far more durable than it is! I am very disappointed
