Three of the four screws that mount the stabilizers were missing. The forth fell  out of the box when opening it.

Missing Hardware

I purchased this ladder about 5 years ago. It supports my 360 lbs very well...which over the maximum rated weight. The only thing that I don't like about it are the square steps as I wear walking shoes mostly so the steps are hard on my feet. I have yet to try it in all positions because of my weight as I am not too sure of the weight bearing strength of the locking mechanisms. However, as a vertical step ladder you cannot ask for better.
