[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I live this ladder for painting  my house,  the different way I was able to is it made the job so much easier.  My only complaint is that the locks are tight and I had problems releasing them.  I guess I don't have strong fingers, but still loved it so muck my sister bought one about a week later.

My go to ladder

The picture and headline makes it seem like a 12' step ladder when in fact it is only 12' when stretched out to be an extension ladder.  Used as depicted in the picture, it's a 6' ladder. Complete hassle to exchange
