I wanted to love this. I paid extra for the larger one and researched a lot of companies like suncast and vevor. I went with this one because of the reviews, size and fact it said weather proof instead of just waterproof. I spent more than the other options I had and when it arrived I was shocked at how well it was packaged. I figured that was a bonus of spending the extra $. Everything was packaged as if they were shipping fine china which was pleasant to see.

Installation booklet was fairly easy to navigate and each product piece was labelled for easy install.

Here's where the problem occurs. During install you have to push the rods into the connectors and you will hear a sound when it's secure. During the pushing process THREE connectors snapped and broke. I was not using excessive force and for reference I'm a lazy 41 year old woman.  I'm choked because I know I can fix this with some gorilla tape but I Shouldn't HAVE TO. 

I realize I can return the product but I shopped around for months and want this installed and crossed off my list of yard work.
