Good item

The bike rack is as expected, however the hole for the hitch pin requires a bolt to secure it in place. It does come with the bolt but because of that I can not use my locking hitch pin.  It holds two step through e-bikes securely.  It does come in a box and requires to be assembled. This took me about 30 mins to put together.
