Wheels break off after first use even when glued horrible design and very dangerous

I bought this product two month ago but managed to install it just last week. Exactly the day after installation, the wheels got apart with its plastic connector. Fortunately there was only 4 glasses on top of it and no one were near it otherwise it was making a disaster.
