So easy to put together, light weight,i love it.  its just fantastic.

Very easy to assemble and is very stable. Supports more weight than it suggests.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything works and looks good but the foot platform is very small even for people with small feet so I wouldn't recommend a barefoot workout I personally returned it since my intent was for  home gym workout that I may occasionally would like to do barefoot

Good but small foot placement platform

The height of this machine is 14" without shoes on. I am 5'4" so it's too short for me to do sissy squats as it is. However, I made it work with what I have. I centered it in my squat cage and positioned an olympic bar over it with a squat pad to add height. My legs are not strong enough to do a full sissy squat so I use the cage to support as I build up. Bonus: My hubby built up one end of a discarded bench board which now makes this perfect for sit ups. (The 14" height is perfect for that purpose.) Is made decent with good welds (though we did have to drill out two holes a hair more... took 2 seconds, as the powder coat prevented the screws from fitting in), has a small footprint, and is lightweight.... For what I am using it for, and for the price, I am giving 4 stars. But at the end of the day, if you want the proper support to do serious sissy squats, I recommend spending more and take into account the height.

Best for those who are 5'2" or under for squats

Quick shipping. The push-up bar seems cheap and there could probably be a weight limit on leaning on them to do push-ups.

I'm 5'2" and this is too short.  Only the ankle braces are adjustable; the pads that go behind your calves are not. Those pads hit me about mid-calf and put a lot of pressure on my knees. My partner is about 5'10" and the pads hit him below his calf muscles, leaving his legs feeling bruised after a few reps. 

Probably a good height for someone about 4'8".

I'm 5'2" and this sissy squat is too short

this piece of equipment is supposed to be for an adult it's very very small for a child
