Love these chair and table sets, I bought 2 sets to make a lovely conversation area under our pergola. They are very stylish and I like the wood ascents. They took a bit to put them together but worth it!

Beautiful set

This is beautiful furniture it came in a lot of pieces though! Gone are the days when furniture which you pay a lot for came assembled!! It took my husband and I a long time to get it together and in the end one chair the holes didn't line up! We tried everything we could.  If we were employees we definitely made our money's worth putting these suckers together! The end product was absolutely beautiful though.

Gymax Patio Conversation set

The assembly was not as easy as expected.   Holes were not aligned, making it difficult to assemble. Otherwise, it looks very nice on my patio.

Product looks nice and is comfortable. Pilot holes in the arms on one end of all four do not align with the thru holes in the frame. Had to drill my own. Pay attention to the legs when inserting for proper orientation. Other than that I like them and ordered another set.

Lanai furniture

The chairs are too low and the cushions are slippery on the rattan so you find yourself sliding out of the chair

Putting these together is a bit of a challenge when the holes don't line up. In my opinion not worth the money.

Patio chairs

Very nice and sturdy however it was the absolute worst thing I have EVER assembled in my lifetime.. It was hard to get into the areas where the screws go.

Pillows are very thin, a lot of the holes don't line up when putting it together making it extremely difficult, some of the wicker pieces are already coming off and I haven't even put outside yet. I contacted Walmart and they emailed me saying they forwarded my concern to the seller and I have not received a response from them and that was well over a week ago.

Poor Quality and customer service

Very difficult to put together,  I gave up. Missing pilot holes so drill is required for the hard wood. Confusing instructions , pieces notcwell marked

Difficult assembly

This was the worse thing I have ever put together in 50 yrs. The screw holes didn't match , and I didn't tighten any till I had all the screws in. It took 5 hrs. I have worked with furniture forever. Oneof the wood arms cracked off. Two of the wood feet were practically split in half. I wish I could send pictures.  Never again will I order from Walmart.I know it's not your fault, it's the manufacturer.
