Value For Money

Cushions

Can be straightforward, but often requires patience due to misaligned holes.

Can be sturdy, but also prone to assembly issues.

Really like the set. Only thing is the cushions are not thick enough to sit for very long. Cushions should be 4" thick cushions. Otherwise nice set.

walmart.com

I live in an apartment and have a balcony, this set was perfect for my space. It is comfortable and can fit four people on it. I was really happy with this purchase and would have given 5 stars, but some of the holes didn't line up properly and caused it to be difficult to put together.

Outdoor comfort

This was packaged nicely in three boxes. My husband and I put it together quickly using a drill and not the Allen wrenches. Instructions were clear and we did not have any trouble with the holes lining up. The cushions are too thin so its not super comfy. It will probably be impossible to replace the cushions. I will purchase a gas fire pit/table Combo for the middle and slide the table to one side. My husband who is very tall/big said the set is too small. The kids and I are happy with it. I gave it 4 stars but it might be a 3.5.

Small Cute Patio set; good price

Set came with some minor damages. But the company was very good and made it right. I would definitely buy again

Customer Service was excellent

The product seems sturdy once assembled, but the assembly process was extremely time consuming and occasionally the holes did not line up.

Frustrating Assembly

I paid $499 for this and I was going to buy another one since this was pretty small and I would have another one on the opposite side, but the price was increased to $550! I think it is due to high demand and I don?t think that?s right. I am not going to pay more than $499 for another set because I don?t think it?s worth that much. It?s a cute little couch but should be way more reasonably priced like $350. Also the cushions look very gray in this picture but they are definitely more of a tan.

Good product but not worth $500 price

Set is okay. Cushions are very thin. Came with several defects but company did compensate very well for it. The pieces do not fit flat against each other but not terribly off. My main issue is the cushions. They are cheaply made, extremely thin and not comfortable.

Not as nice as I thought it would be

This item arrived in 2 separate days but the tracking said one day do it appeared to be missing items. Then when the boxes when boxes were opened, the cushion was damaged. Many pieces of the wicker had to be cut in order for the hardware to fit properly. Then when putting the table together, jokes did not match as you can see in the photos. I contacted the company right away. They offered me $40 for the cushion but no replacement. I said no. Then they offered $100 but no replacement. Again I said no. I told them about the table and they offered $200 but no replacement. I told them that I would never be able to have a matching cushion or table and my set would be mismatched. Unbelievable. I would highly consider going elsewhere to purchase outdoor furniture.

Absolutely awful

Poorly constructed. The screws (Alan wrench) do not fit in or line up with the threads. Picture below is as far as the screw will go and that was just to test it without attaching the other piece. Hopefully, yours will arrive built correctly. Cannot continue until new piece arrives or returned.

Poorly constructed

took almost 2 weeks to arrive, very hard to assemble, the holes dont align, the quality is very poor, there is no straps or support for the cushions to stay put, they fly away very easily. DO NOT BUY.
