Brought it and followed the instructions 4 hours later started working as intended I love the fact that u can actually lock the hot water from behind the product to avoid toddlers/ kids have accidents my kid is 4 she Serve herself water so I can't imagine drinking straight hot water by accident with this option I don't have to worry about that thank you so much for this peace of mind it's priceless !!!

Pretty good value for the price. I bought this to replace an old water cooler. 
I wasn't sure it was working properly after I read the directions several times. 
Nowhere in the directions does it indicate there's on/ off switches in the back of the unit. Once I found the on/ off switches, the unit started working immediately. 
The small compartment below the hot / cold spigots won't keep anything cold but does serve as a nice storage area for cups, etc.

solid replacement for office watercooler

It is several inches lower than our previous cooler, so you have to bend lower ro reach the lever to dispense the water.  The water flows out of the dispenser a lot slower.

I am very happy with this water dispenser. the cold side is cold water and the hot is great for tea and instant coffee. No leaks, no problems. It was a great deal.

Great machine!

The equipment manufacturers misjudged their efficacy results. The cold water never gets cold and the hot water is lukewarm. Its a disgraceful disaster; a waste of electricity and I shall return it back to Walmart today.

Please don't waste your money on this item.

Definitely not the quality I was expecting after paying the amount that I did! The handles look like they definitely won't last long. But so far it works

takes to long for water to come out to fill a coffee pot. is really slow. 
i would NOT buy it again and i wish I hadn't bought it this time.
