The shipment arrived in two boxes on two separate days. I only received tracking for the first shipment. I was able to put it together myself. The turquoise is very vibrant. It really pops. It sits low but I like it. The cushions are not that thick, may not hold up over time but the wicker part is pretty sturdy. Im working on my outdoor space and this was a great addition. Its I bought accent pillows to tie in the red. Matches the turquoise perfectly.  gonna look great once its all finished.

It would be great if they included something to hold the cushions down because they so easily slide off. Other than that, great customer service. They had sent 5 of one piece and it should have been 4 of that piece and 2 of the others. They resent one whole box so now I have another long chair! which is great. They asked me to send in pictures and then they sent the new box. 

The assembly was a little difficult.. it requires screws to be placed in hard to reach places and I had to have my dad come in and tighten them because I couldn't get them to go all the way down since some of the holes don't line up 100%.

They are lower to the ground than expected but great nonetheless. 

I'd advise them to make the holes line up better.

Aside from the shipping delays -- on again, off again, expected date then arriving a week early, nope, delayed again, and finally arriving, this set is pretty good.

It's relatively easy to set up, but still tedious. It comes in 2 packages so make sure you organize the pieces and the bolts before you start. 

The Allan key makes it take 4 hours instead of maybe 1 hour if you could use a regular screwdriver. Some of the holes were tricky to line up as well.

There are these clips which fit underneath to keep the pieces together. They are simple to clip on and really do the trick. The set is light enough as well so you can move it yourself. No need for a 2nd person.

Once I got the set together it fit perfectly in the space for which I purchased it. It is comfortable, and so far, the fabric is waterproof. I still take the cushions in when it rains. 

My only suggestion is to buy yourself some velcro strips because the cushions are slidey and slip off the couch every now and again.

Decent set of starter patio furniture. A little on the short/low side. Difficult to put together for a few reasons--screw holes not aligned well and pieces not labeled with stickers (and be careful because the side and back pieces look nearly identical).  The cushions slide all over, so we will be ordering some velcro patches to keep them in place.  Overall, an average set.

Nice set if you are extremely short! I am 5 foot 1 inch and this set is way too small. There is no way someone of normal height could sit comfortably on this furniture.

Assembly wasn't very difficult and quality was adequate for the price. Remember to read the dimensions!!!

Read the dimensions before purchasing.

Directions are terrible.  Holes are missing where they are suppose to be and holes where they don't need to be.  Also shipping was on a Tuesday and the rest of it showed up on Friday.  cheaply made.

Husband was frustrated - not every part was marked and there were several of one type of bolts missing and too many of the other. (Looked like it was a return - box looked opened and resealed.)
If you are tall (I am not) it might be too low. Know it is the "style" but we noticed sitting on the sofa even my head is higher than where the pillows fall.  Larger pillows would help fix this.  Also as others have said, they really should have some way to secure cushions to seats. But for the money, guess we can't expect, lol. Overall happy with look.

The long cushion is in two parts, so it moves all the time. The set is low and looks less quality than those usually seen in renovation centers for $1000-1200

A little disappointed

It's ugly , too small, not durable and the vendor is not letting me return it! Do not buy this!!
