Model must be a very short woman because the blocks are smaller than expected.  The neck pillow didn't decompress after shipping.  Foam density is comfortable to rest on.

No directions nor info included. Very difficult to open as it is packaged so tight by machine with very thick plastic. Pieces are not like the pictures. Too thin and flimsy to offer any real support. Very disappointing.
