The welds on the frame were defective and I could not assemble the chair, also forgot to ship the cushions with the frame, it's been a week now and I'm still trying to get a refund

Horrible customer service and defective product

I have only received 1 of 2 boxes!  It's very light.. Has to be the cushion..
