There are no instructions, just diagrams that are not clear.  There are also no instructions on a couple of things - I found out by looking at the pictures on the website.  In the process of trying different ways to put the table together, I damaged some parts.  Most furniture I put together have instructions PLUS diagrams.  I really enjoy putting together furniture usually, but this was a disaster!

A real challenge!
