There is a manufacturing default. The T bar that supports the backrest has screwdriver holes in the wrong spot! If you look at the picture there should be another hole for the screwdriver but it's located at the bottom of the 'T' bar.  
The backrest will slip down from time to time and I will have to lift it up. Will these guys send me a proper T bar?

Chair uneven, manufacturer default on back "T" piece (the piece for the back rest) had holes in the wrong spot. Terrible chair! Do not buy.

This piece of junk isn't worth one tenth of the cost.  Once assembled more than a few pieces would not go together properly andf moved when they shouldn't have.  
The seating padding or as it really is the lack of padding, will give you numb bum in about 30 or so minutes..  Do not put any pressure on the back as it will crack go back and stay there.  I have tried to initiate a return but their instructions are not what is shown on their web site.  I feel I would much rather burn the money I spent on this chair than sit in it!!

Chair is less than useless!!!!!!!!!!
