Product is pretty nice overall. The only thing my fiance does not like, which I agree, is that the vanity lights are powered by batteries. It would be nice if it were a plug in. In my opinion, man's if you would say, is that a woman will definitely use this vanity a lot, so smart thing to do is have a plug in on it, not battery powered.

Crap

I ordered this item "	
Gymax 5 Drawers Bedroom Vanity Makeup Dressing"...  It was a present for my daughter for Christmas.  It is very low quality.  There were pieces of wood that had cracks in them (and were packaged that way) and when we put the 3 AA batteries in and turned on the lights, the wires started smoking and the light never came on.  Not only was this product I bought on walmart.ca poor quality, it was dangerous and could have caused a fire (if I were not there to see what happened and removed the batteries right away)...  Walmart should do a better job of making sure the products it sells are safe and not of such poor quality...  
To add insult to injury, because this was from a 3rd party seller and over $150, I cannot return this to Walmart.  You only find this out in the fine print...

Lights don't work and can start fire!
