Great little air conditioner works the very best for small space. Wish I would have bought a higher btu but did its best to keep up with the incredible heat we had in the 2025 summer. When I put it away in the fall, Cleaning was very hard to do. The compressor and air intake unit are completely unaccessible and even the company is unclear to help with instructions on this. I had to clear it from dust and dog hair with a Qtip first, spray it with vinegar and water solution then spray it in the shower to remove the build up. We dried it outside and finally boxed it up for storage.

Pretty good unit

My experience purchasing from Walmart was very easy, the delivery was fast and the delivery person was very professional, kind and helpful. The air conditioners are great for the spaces i needed them for.

HAIER AC

Was mostly easy to set. Did nave to use my own logic to do a bit of the setting up, but no big issues. Love the adapter to connect the hose to the window. window

Installing the Haier stand alone.

I rated this 4 stars because it was a good value for the money. However, all manufactures rate their products to high when it comes to the square footage. Based on my experience it's usually 2/3ds of the advertised rating.

False advertising is the standard

Cools small room nicely.
Had to duct tape exhaust hose adapter to window sealing kit because it wouldn't attach according to instructions. Lost a rating star for that.

Cools home office nicely.

It's nice air conditioner, provides good cooling and not too loud but it's suitable for small room only and it's still expensive! My window in the room is little high and its exhaust hose is not long enough so it's not attached  to my window properly.

Good air conditioner

The primary connector necessary to attach the exhaust hose was not in the box. I had to source and purchase that part on my own due to circumstances unrelated to the unit itself. Now that it is functional, this unit provides adequate cooling for one room if that is what you need. Relatively quiet operation. Remote is a plus.

Decent Cooling but Primary Adapter was Missing

I'm a little disappointed in this but I think that's maybe my fault? There is a water container that you have to empty instead of self-exhausting, which fills up fast. This is very noisy even on the lowest setting. The window kit that it came with wasn't even big enough for our apartment window which is a vertical slider so we had to order another non-branded venting kit which was more money out of our pocket. 
All in all I would have spent another $100 just to get a better quality item however it does the job I suppose.

Noisy, parts didn't fit but cools.

Good thing this air conditioner is thinner then most works good. But the hose dont stay in the holder on either end the piece at the window end it dont stay where it is as there is no way of locking it into place the entire hose and holders need to be relooked at its a terrible setup. I had to duct tape mine so it wld stay in place....

Portable Air Conditioner

It started making noises after a few days and not blowing cold air like it should. If I put my hand against the side the noise stops and air is cooler. Returning it for another brand
