Setup takes around 10 minutes and is straightforward.

Setup and operation are straightforward and uncomplicated.

Very sturdy, height for the bed is perfect, so convenient to be able to swivel, having the side drop to get baby out is so nice. If you have back problems, this is the bassinet to get! Adjustable height means less bending.

It's a nice bassinet hard to put together and the front part doesn't go down, unless I'm doing something wrong. But overall nice bassinet

I did not receive this item, can't get any customer service from Walmart or shipping company.

Did not receive item despite being billed

The Halo Bassinest Swivel has a huge defect.  It is not level.  And it can not be corrected.  Depending what direction its rotated the direction of the slant changes.  This leads to newborns sliding and rolling into the side mesh.  Unbelievable. 

I can't post a url, but search Halo Bassinest / Bassinet Not Level / Slanted in youtube.  There's a video that explains the issue.

I obviously got a defective bassinet because ever time I put my swaddled baby in the bassinet he would roll over onto his side. Very very dangerous, my son could have suffocated. Had no issues returning it to Walmart.
