For all those with battery not charging. I had same issue it is an easy fix. 
The battery discharges over time and at a certain point the included charger 
will not charge them. I just connected a motorcycle charger 2A across the battery terminals for a while and the included charger worked fine after that. 
I even found one cheap on Ebay with battery not charging same procedure
fixed that as well.

Lasted for about 2 hours, 1 amd 1/2 batteries. I was very surprised I did not burn it up. it did get hot but just kept on work. Kinda wish their was a brushless version. I used it with metal brush attachments to detail brake calipers. It held up like pro tools, no it is not easy to clean < white really? Regardless I found it dependable and long lasting.

Very good under moderate load for hour and 1/2.

Great bang for the buck. The order arrived quickly. I have already utilized the driver and it works great, with plenty of torque. The battery charged quickly and deliveres long lasting use. The driver is well built and should last me for a while to come.

Hart brand has been exceptional. We started with the lawn mower and fell in love. The durability of the impact and the work light have been helpful when working on a car.

I have charged the battery 20v for 6hrs but not charged. I inserted the battery but tried to test the drive but there was no energy from the battery. I need a return or to replaced rthe battery

Death battery

I like these drivers for $39 w/battery, however, I purchased 2 of these and 2 cordless drills 1/2" and a saws all.  So far the driver failed after not so many uses and the sawsall I've used maybe less than 30 minutes total, not all at same time. It failed.  They look "pretty" and inexpensive but don't last.  I have 1 driver and 2 drills left, if either of fail, I will not buy these again.

Absolutely great drill for 1 month. The drill worked amazingly for 1 month I would have recommended it to anyone. Now it has an issue where no matter how hard I press the trigger it runs at full power. I am going to reach out through the warranty and will update this review if that goes well.

Battery unresponsive out of the box. Known issue where you have to ultimately jump the battery with zero charge as the provided charger cannot sand is incapable of charging the battery from a fully zero charge. This can get dangerous and this product or battery should be pulled from production. Irresponsible for Walmart to even be selling this brand. I have a heated jacket by Hart and the same with that product. Had to jump that battery as well.
