my second cordless vac: 1st one was a top brand and gave to my dad, reluctantly. Now glad i did the Hart vacuum is better in every way. great on hardwood and great on carpet. great battery life, great suction, and superior to the major brand i gave away.

Best vacuum, quality and value

I purchased this last year 2023. It was on sale in Walmart so I decided to take a chance. It was the best chance I took last year. I purchased this for a gift this year 2024 knowing it will be appreciated as much as I do. It is the best easy to use vacuum I have ever had. That's saying quite a lot being I have been purchasing vacuums for over 45 years

My sister had one first. I used it when I would help out around her house.  I loved it so much I had to get one for my household. I even made sure I bought the model/version because nothing about hers needed changing or upgrading. It has ……Very good suction.  Useful light to catch the pet hair you thought you got, but didn't…..It can easily go under furniture that has only a 2” to 3 “ clearance. Its size being on the smaller end of vacuums also makes it easy to find a place to store it. The emptying and cleaning process is both easily and quickly done. ….With a fully charged battery I can usually vacuum multiple times before needing recharged. Multiple attachments included. So I definitely recommend this vacuum for anyone

Highly recommend

Purchased in store approximately six months ago. Loved the suction but then a wheel broke off. Called Hart - can't buy a wheel and would have to buy a whole assembly for $85. For that price, I re-purchased the same vacuum online. Got it out of the box, started using, and within 30 seconds of using the brand new vacuum, a wheel broke off. Do not buy!

Low Quality - Does Not Last

I would love nothing more than to give this vacuum 5 stars. I love it so much that I bought 3 additional batteries and the charging pack to charge the batteries all at once but I've purchased 3 vacuums in the last 5 months. I've had to return/exchange every single vacuum because the wheels keep breaking off. The third vacuum is boxed up in my trunk as I type this review. I'm returning it to Walmart tomorrow %26 wont be getting a 4th. It really sucks bc the vacuum really does a great job.

Vacuum is very awkward, plugs up almost immediately upon sucking any debris or dog hair. The vacuum head spits everything out the back and does not suck it up. Thought I got my wife a thoughtful gift to help clean up around the house instead I got her a piece of junk that sits in the corner. Great design idea needs a slight redesign to help balance the awkward weight at the top.

Don't recommend at all

This vacuum has good suction, however the powered brush grabs and holds onto every single hair. Thus, the hair doesn't get sucked up into the canister, it just clogs up the brush.  This goes for cat hair, dog hair, and human hair. It makes the brush worthless since it gets clogged up in no time flat. The mounting/storage system doesn't have enough room for all the attachments, AND you have to remove the battery in order to charge it up.

Good suction, but the brush holds every hair

Tell me why this vacuum won't suck up carpet deodorizer powder let alone dirt. The $14 dirt devil stick I've had for the last 2 years works 200% better...it's that bad.  I was trying to upgrade to a more heavy duty vacuum, and I can't figure out for the life of me why this vacuum will not suck anything up. I've disassembled the pieces multiple times trying to figure it out. I would like to return the vacuum but no longer have the packaging it came in.

Dirt devil stick vacuum works better than this

There are several issues with this vacuum.
First, the battery position is terrible, it makes it feel very heavy about half way through each time it's used.
Second, the collection canister doesn't seal very well and has a wimpy rubber flap that traps dirt in and around it. The canister also doesn't empty unless you take the filter out. It's also very small so the emptying is frequent.
The last major defect I find with this vacuum is the length of time the battery lasts is pitiful. I highly recommend to stay away from this terrible vacuum.

I've actually bought 2 of these vacuums because I like the first 1 so much. I've had them for a while now. The 1st one i got gave me the red light on the head and stopped working. I've taken it apart and can't fix it. Now, the 2nd one is starting to make the same sounds like the head is going out, too. So I'm on the market looking for new cordless vacuums.
