[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was worried this was going to be to much for myself. Just the regular mom trying to do it yourself around the house. This set has just about everything I need to get things done around my house. It's very easy to use and to put the attachments on. I was able to use the extenders to get into tight spots without having any issues at all.
The sockets all seem to be of great quality and the handles are also of good quality for the simple person like myself. I love the case, as being an organized woman I can look and tell what's missing after each project. It makes it easy to find the pieces you need also. Great tool set for myself. Would purchase again.

Nice set for me

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This HART 90-Piece 1/4 and 3/8-inch Mechanics ratchet Tool Set is made in a chrome finish for easy clean and rust resistance.
My husband tested this 90 pc. Mechanics Tool Set on his air compressor that was leaking air and he really liked how easy it was to spin with the ninety tooth ratchet. He then had to fix a couple parts on our van that he had been putting off because of the difficulty getting in there. When using this ratchet he said went in a tight place where he had a small area to ratchet, that is where you really notice the difference. He loved the quick release for one handed socket hold and release. He said these are made well and have thick walls so they will hold up for years of hard work. The reverse switch lets you change working direction easily with one hand. He really liked the large size markings for quick and easy identification in low light or if your eye site is not perfect. This set additionally included extensions, adaptors and assorted bit inserts. The one thing he wished this set had that he does use a lot is a long 6” extension. This set comes with a 3” extension.
All these tools come in a black durable, molded case with metal latches and tight closing
barrel hinges for easy storage.
All the tools fit tightly in the case to keep them from falling out if tipped. Over all he thought this set was made well and he liked the durable case.

Well made set and great in tight spaces.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This toolset is a great addition to the garage toolbox! It has a multitude of bits and attachments, with a nice tool case to stay organized. I personally enjoy the handheld driver's grip, as well as the teeth in the ratchet themselves. This allows less “swing” when ratcheting which results in less fatigue and more efficiency. Something about a toolset just makes you want to tear something apart and rebuild it, and with this set, you will have all the tools necessary to do so. The quality of the tools seem to be top notch and durable. I will continue to keep Hart in mind for my tooling needs based on the quality of this set.

Great toolset!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This set comes with metric and US sizes from 5/32 to 13/16. Metric is from 4-19. There are extensions, a screwdriver with 40 bits & it is magnetized. There are two ratchets, a 1/4 inch, 3/8. They have a quick release button which makes it easier to use. They tools are made of chrome so they won't rust. They are sturdy with a nice carrying case.

Household help

I bought this socket set to upgrade my set that I have had for over thirty years but the cheap case broke and no longer locks shut and got tired of messing with it and three of the sockets were missing from when someone dropped it because of said case. Hart sockets are a great replacement and a great deal. I have yet to find any problems with Hart Tools and highly recommend Hart to anyone.

Great socket set

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 90 PC. MECHANICS TOOL SET came in about a few weeks ago, and this Tool Set is all you need when doing a small or big job either putting something together or fixing something around the house. HART made sure with this set you have all you need for the job at hand. The Tools are high quality and made to last for years. So if you're looking for your own personal tool set this is the 1 to get for any job.

Excellent 90 PC. MECHANICS TOOL SET!

better value per tool than harbor freight tools. cheaper and far more durable.

Perfect tool box to pack in the car or RV. Tools fit snug in the box.

This is nicer than I expected. Good solid tools at a very reasonable price. Delivered very quickly. I highly recommend this tool kit for basic home projects. Good quality, rust resistant tools.

Surprisingly good tool kit.

got the set since it looked like a decent 6pt socket set. On first use to change brakes and rotors the 3/8 ratchet slips. returned and went with a reputable brand. Overall nice case, sockets held up well. Didn't bother testing the 1/4in ratchet since the 3/8 failed.

Looks nice but below average performance

you get what you pay for. it broke the first time using.

HART 90-Piece 1/4 and 3/8-inch Mechanics Tool Set with full chrome finish in an open black carrying case, featuring 90-tooth ratchets, metric and SAE sockets, nut driver, bits, and adapters organized for easy storage and portability.
