[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have owned several different brands of vacuum cleaners over the years, and for the past few purchases we have chosen the Shark brand. When we came across this Hart brand vacuum we decided to give it a try. I must say we have been very pleased with this machine. It was very easy to assemble right out of the box since alot of the vacuum was already assembled. One of the best features we really like is that the cord is a really good length so you can reach a great distance before you have to unplug and switch the electrical plug. One of the great features of the vacuum is the ability to turn the brush roller on or off depending on whether you are cleaning carpet or hardwood floors. There are several onboard attachments and the handle comes off so you can reach up to tall ceilings to clean. The vacuum can easily be used to clean under furniture and has a light to make it easy to see small items on the floor before you vacuum them up. The canister is very easy to take off and empty unlike some brands. We are very happy with the power and suction of this vacuum and would recommend it to anyone looking for a new cleaner.

I used this vacuum at my niece's home while watching my 3 great nephews. I was quickly impressed! I love the ease, the lights at the floor and the suction. I found out where she bought it and and ordered it within a few days for myself. 
I love it! Very happy about the price too! Never owned a HART product before but I would buy others. 👍

I was impressed with this inexpensive vacuum!

Love it! Very affordable, the white looks amazing and I really enjoyed the fact that this has lights while being super easy to clean and change pieces out. I read another review of someone complaining about how “hard” it was to vacuum. I'm a 33 year old female and average. I don't work out and had no problem controlling or pushing the vacuum. It was very easy actually.

Affordable and easy to use

Excellent suction and commercial grade! We run a cleaning company and this vacuum was provided for our commercial work from the owner of another cleaning company we subcontract for and we decided to buy our own! The attachments are perfect and its easy to dump out and clean. I have cleaned for over 20 years and have been through many, many vacuums and the best ones were always extremely heavy and cumbersome. This is hands down the best vacuum I have ever owned and the pricepoint is great too for the quality.

Best vacuum commercial and residential

Returned. Vacuum is very heavy. I have hardwood floors and used it one time without the rotating brush. It did not pick up the sand my dogs bring in after a walk. We downsized to a smaller home. It was not right for me. I did not use on carpet. It may be good for that.

I purchased this vacuum just under a year ago and I'm unable to use it now. The roller brush just stops working while using it on my carpet. If you turn it off for a minute and back on it will work correctly but for only a minute or two. 
I have replaced it with a bissell, hopefully I will get more than a year out of it!

Don't waste your money

Absolutely not worth it. We have other hart products and love them. Within the first month the ball that holds the wand fell out. Month three the bumper is coming off and now it's been 6 months and no longer works. I'm reaching out to the manufacturer to see what I can do to get my money back. We aren't aggressive with it and we have had our previous Bissell vacuum for five years.

I wish I could give a zero star!!! I was so excited to get this on major sale when a FB group I followed advertised the price drop. It seems several of the reviewers who also bought theirs in June/July 2022 also got one from the clearly bad batch of vacuums. The thing started to smell like burnt plastic whenever we used it and was hot to the touch. Then the suction went completely out. It's completely dead after barely 4 months of very light usage and I'm out the $70 I spent on it. Please check all the reviews who bought one in the summer. Nearly every single one will say it stopped working. You'd expect more from the supposedly reputable brand.

Please don't buy!

Hart is my favorite brand for tools but the vacuum is not so great. It is really heavy to push and it doesn't work very well. All the dirt just piles up behind the brushes and then it clogs. I am always having to fix and clean it out.

Not worth the $130.00

It's VERY heavy.  It does roll well though.  The instruction manual says to push the on/off button a second time for Low speed for area rugs, but the Low speed does not work.  It's hard to push at Hi speed.  There's no dusting brush.  What?  No dusting brush?  In 2021?  Yes, that's right.  No dusting brush.  There's only two attachments.  A crevice tool and a useless piece with plastic strips.  The brush roll wraps easily with hair, and it isn't easy to remove it.  Snop plows dirt on a kitchen floor.  I guess for less than $130 you get what you pay for.

So disappointed
