Very happy with purchase.  Easy to assemble!  Strong motor and excellent suction.  Purchased after seeing Hart vacuum on consumer reports that stated high reviews on this vacuum.

Hart Vacuum

We have a shark and this.  I like them both. The Hart is heavier but seems to pull up more dog hair. We ended up buying a second Hart upright because it was on Clearance for $30!  We have a lot of the hart tool line and a hart cordless stick. 

Downfalls of Hart are the weight of the machine.  The head is larger than stairs and it is too heavy for stairs.  If you see there is hair on the cyclone inside, remove it or you've just lost suction. Also a con is we can't find replacement filters!!!!  Where are they Walmart?  I wrote hart and got a generic answer of “call this parts company” but some parts are not available.  Guess what?!  Filter wasn't available. So then what?  When can we get filters?

Great vacuum but when can we get new filters?!

Vacuum was working but recently it will stop suctioning, the brush will stop rolling %26 it'll make no noise at all while using it. The lights will be on but nothing else. 

Only had it for a couple months.. life on this doesn't seem to be long.

Purchased this vacuum and within a few months. The motor for the roller brush stopped working. I decided to contact Hart about warranty. They sent me a replacement which I was happy about. I use my vacuum only 2-3 times a month I have only 3 rooms with carpet. Since I received the replacement vacuum I have only used the less than 10 times. Suction on the vacuum has now stopped working and I clean the rollers and check for clogs. Happened within 15 minutes of operation. Now I have had this vacuum fail twice for different reasons.

After just getting this delivered and taking it out of the box, only to find out I got a defective piece of junk yay!!!!!
I just love throwinv money away!!!
Complete waste of money buyer beware may receive defective product as I did after waiting longer than usual to receive!!!

I'll say at 1st I absolutely love love this vacuum. I am so sad by the fact that I gotta look for a different vacuum. My 1st one the button that Clips the handle and hose to the wand broke after 2 days. leaving me to have to hold way down on the bar to vacuum. I had it replaced and the replacement did the exact same thing. Hart please fix this design flaw bc i want one thats stays together. it teally is a powerful well designed vacuum, but its construction falls short in one imperative way.

Disappointed. Loved Until it broke

this vac is too heavy and unstable. you cannot grab it by the handle and pull the hose out of it without the handle coming off thr hose. you cant steer the vac from one room to the other because thr handle wont lock down. i hate it. it can never do the job that my past vacs could do. i wish i never bought it.

lousy excuse for a vac

This vacuum worked great for 2 months, Now its overheating and wont suck anything up, ive looked it over taken apart theres nothing stuck. ive cleaned the fitlers, it sounds like its working fine the roller even moves but will not suck up anything. Dont waste your money

Dont waste your money

Horrible quality , I been through like 4 of these parts keep breaking and they have no replacement parts, there's constantly a problem with every single one I get. I will never buy from hart again.

Horrible vacuum

I wish I could give a zero star!!! I was so excited to get this on major sale when a FB group I followed advertised the price drop. It seems several of the reviewers who also bought theirs in June/July 2022 also got one from the clearly bad batch of vacuums. The thing started to smell like burnt plastic whenever we used it and was hot to the touch. Then the suction went completely out. It's completely dead after barely 4 months of very light usage and I'm out the $70 I spent on it. Please check all the reviews who bought one in the summer. Nearly every single one will say it stopped working. You'd expect more from the supposedly reputable brand.

Please don't buy!
