I got the chair very fast. It was super easy to put together. I do agree that the back of the chair is too far away from the bottom seat but I fixed that with a nice lumbar pillow. The chair is very comfortable. I feel it's sturdy and very well made. It doesn't creak or groan when I move it around like all the others I have used in the past. I ordered the one with the arms, but they didn't come in the box so I called the company that shipped it. They sent the arms to me very quickly and they were a breeze to put on. Overall, I am VERY satisfied with this chair. It's the best made office chair I have ever had the pleasure of putting my seat in. :) I hope it lasts for a long long time.

Nice Big Office Chair

This is the first "big and tall" chair we have purchased for my husband. His last chair was not "big and tall" and it was falling apart. We were impressed with the fact that this chair is so heavy-duty, but still rolls and maneuvers easier than the "regular" office chair he had before. He loves all the adjustments and it was easy to assemble.

Very Sturdy!

Chair arrived quickly. Easy to put together. May wish to put arms on when in its final position. I am 6Ft 6 and weigh 240. It is great. If you are a short person you probably wouldn't like the chair. Built like a tank. Rolls nicely and adjustable features are very good. Especially the arm rests and seat height.
Now need a toilet seat this well made.

GREAT CHAIR

My office recently purchased this chair for my boss. After I put it together for her and saw how sturdy, yet comfortable it was, I asked for a chair for myself and another co-worker asked for one as well. This chair is firm and the seat cushion is extremely thick. The base is very solid and I feel very stable and secure sitting in it. It is easy to get in and out of. The height is great as well. As a larger/taller girl - I definitely appreciate that the area of the seat cushion nicely accommodates my hips/thighs quite well. The three of us who were lucky enough to get this chair in the office are all very happy with the purchase! Great value!

Excellent chair for big/tall people!

I chose this chair for the square seat and back and because every standard weight limit chair we have owned, the hydraulics broke within a few months. I thought getting the heavy duty chair would last longer. While i do like this chair, for me personally it is not a good fit. The chair sits a bit higher than I am able to handle at its lowest level and the arm rests are too short in length. I must hold onto the arms for balance to sit due to my disability but the arms don't extend out enough for me to hold onto securely.

this chair was not hard to put together .

The chair came with no arms, but included an 'arms kit,' that had to be installed...but it was the wrong kit. Fortunately the issue was resolved by calling the Parts Dept. who said to throw away the kit and the correct one would come via FedEx soon (throw it away)?? The main issue for me is the quality of the fabric(?) covering the chair. It feels more like a weird kind of paper - not a fabric for sure, and I won't be wearing shorts while sitting on it. I honestly do not know how long the covering will hold up. I'll definitely be keeping a sheet or something over it all of the time (if I keep the chair that is). The description says it's a 'Big and Tall Office Task Chair with Arms.' After receiving, it looks more like an executive chair, not an office task chair. However, I am very happy that it has such a high weight limit as I'm hoping it will hold up for a very long time for my husband and I as we're both 'big and tall.' At this point I'm not sure if I'm keeping it or not.

Cheap Fabric(?) and Wrong 'Arms' Kit

the chair it self is good however the cushion collapse to be very flat and hard in a very short time..

a bit disappointing

This chair is exactly as I expected it to be. It seems to be durable; is good and comfortable. The one thing I don't like is the arms; they need to have adjustable width and don't; they are set once you install them. They do adjust height of the arms, but not width. Just a thought; otherwise a good investment; get it!

What I expected

I just purchased this chair hoping it would be very soft padded and comfortable . I'm an engineer and spend an intensive 10 hours or more in a chair each day at work. The padding on this chair is "very" firm and felt like a rock when I first sat in it . If you're looking for a soft comfortable chair to sit in all day long, sorry this is not the one you want.
