I moved recently and took the opportunity to get rid of my old office chair. The gas piston was dead and it was all the way down and listing to port. They have all wound up that way sooner or later, usually sooner. While settling in I set up shop at the dining room table and after working there it dawned on me why not get a fixed chair. I saw this one and went for and boy am I ever glad I did. I'm a big guy - 6' 4" and 375#. I work from home and am real tough on chairs. This one is well padded, rock solid and built like proverbial brick out house. It is totally stable and it actually feels big on me, if such a thing can be said about chairs. It was simple to put together; 4 pieces of hardware and 8 bolts. Took 20 minutes from the start of unpacking until it was at my desk. My only advice on assembling is start each bolt on the back piece separately so you know how they go in.  Totally comfortable and I am looking forward to long service from this chair.

I bought this for my son who is disabled and has a hard time standing and sitting. This chair is the perfect height for him to stay balanced when he sits and makes it easy for him to stand from the sitting position. The price was excellent, and so was the service.

Good support for plus size person

I purchased these for my business and everyone loves them and they look really
nice in our Funeral Home.  So sturdy, very comfortable

Great Chairs

I recently bought this product for my medical office and it is very comfortable! I am not sure you can find stronger at this level of quality for a better price. The free shipping was also great and convinced me to give it a try. The only reason I'm giving it a 4/5 is because the holes to assemble it weren't in line enough to have the screws go right in so it took a little finesse to get it together nicely.

Hercules Big/Tall Chair

It's a nice chair, one of the holes for the back rest will not tighten,  the other 3 are nice and tight so I just left it. The seat cushion is already going flat from a heavy person sitting on it. So not too happy with that.
Otherwise its a nice looking chair, but if you need it for a heavy person I would look for a heavier build chair.

[Employee of belnick] Once the chairs were put together, they are fine.  The assembly was ridiculous--none of the holes matched.

Miserable to assemble

The metal flanges which attach the frame to the seat broke in half after less than a year, which renders the chair useless.  I am an engineer and I assembled the chair correctly.  My son is the only one who sits in it.  He weights 265 pounds.
