<p>Maintenance &amp; Inspection <br/>Check and maintain the unit regularly in accordance with the following, so that the welding trolley is always in optimal condition. <br/>(a) Is there dust accumulation? <br/>- Control box, welding torch adjustment part switch should be wiped and kept clean frequently, no welding dust. <br/>(b) Does the dirt accumulate? <br/>- The sediment at the end, torch head, guide wheel, driving wheel and slider parts should be removed to avoid affecting the safe operation of the car. <br/>(c) Are the screws of the torch fixing frame and guide wheel loose? <br/>- Screw loosening will make the car walk poorly and the weld path is not uniform, the screw part should always confirm its tightening state. <br/>(d) Is it difficult to adjust the X-Y slider? <br/>- The slider should be lubricated frequently. <br/>(e) Confirm whether joints, connecting wires, hoses, welding torches are broken or damaged? <br/>- Check regularly whether the joint is loose, and whether the connection line, hose, welding torch is broken or damaged. <br/>(f) Is there any abnormal sound or fever? <br/>- Check the guide wheel, motor, welding torch and other components regularly for abnormalities. <br/>(g) Is the fuse blown? <br/>- If the power indicator is not on during welding, check the fuse first. </p>
