[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the heater works great! easy to use, great size, love it overall

walmart.com

This is such a cute fireplace! I have a small old farmhouse and I wanted something that would add a small upgrade but not take up too much room and this is absolutely adorable! Surprisingly, it was super simple to put together. The flame looks real and it puts out the heat. I'm very satisfied with this purchase.

Absolutely perfect!

I love the look of this electric fireplace it looks so cute in my living room!!!! The fire look is also very impressive had different brightness settings. The only down fall to this item only one speed for the heat…….. seems to get my living room pretty warm though I bought this to try and offset running my central heat to save some money. Put together in bout 45 min alone good quality piece

Fireplace anywhere!!!

The fireplace is absolutely beautiful, and more than I expected from the picture when purchased.

Its a nice fireplace, enough to warm up my living room, just with no control of the temperature ir has just two buttons to on and off so you cant control the temperature of the room.

Good product

It states that there is a remote, there is not
It states there is a timer, there is not
It states there is a thermostat, there is not
Size, appearance, flame, heat.. all great.
Instructions had a page rubber cemented over another page, and both are incorrect. We finally just looked at photo of fireplace.
We tried to reach them about the missing remote and features. Even Walmart couldnt reach them. We are waiting for a call back. Its been 2 days. Love it, but paid for features it doesnt have

Mixed feelings

The item is aesthetically pleasing but don't rely on it for heating. It runs a little while and then starts flashing an E3 error on the LED screen and will no longer work until the unit is unplugged and plugged back in. This error code isn't included in the troubleshooting section of the manual so I had to turn to Google and it told me that was an overheating precaution. It was only on for about 15 minutes when this error code came on!

Thank fully the customer service for this company is incredible and resolved my issue with a refund! The piece is okay for looking at but not heating.

Aesthetically pleasing

I wanted to like this. I wanted to enjoy it but it wasn't meant to be. My self and brother in law attempted to get it together and we were close but things didn't work. Didn't want to stay together. And also missing some pre drilled holes to even get the heating element in. Still looking for one I want. Wish I could get one already put together especially this one. Started return. Also the pictures in the manual were not super helpful especially when you are a visual person.

Wanted to like this, but….

I had this heater for less than two months and it stopped working good thing I have insurance on it. I will not be purchasing this again. Do not buy a piece of junk please people do not waste your money.

A piece of junk

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately I must advis against purchasing one of these.
We bought this exact unit as a christmas gift in November 14 2024. At first it seemed ok, heating the single room we were in. But then it shut itself off. We made several other attempts and it would still shut itself off.
During that last shut-off it started to smoke over the top and front. Obviously we will not be buying another one.

DO NOT BUY THIS
