This is the best purchase ever! 
After being locked down in 2020 stuck behind a computer for zoom meetings and tons of computer work, I realized my 20 year old office chair had long served it purpose. I set in search of something simple when I stumbled across the GEM! It met and exceeded my expectations for a new office chair!!  Not only does it match my farmhouse cream esthetic,  this chair is high backed so I can lean back to rest my neck after a long a day of reviewing contracts! The heating element is delightful on my lower lumbar and the massager is DEVINE! Multi function remote offers several settings for the vibration massage to pinpoint location, duration, and magnification. 
I love that I can set this chair to rock, stay stationary, recline, sit strait up, raise the seat height, lower, and roll right to access my printer and archaic paper files. Really makes working a little more enjoyable and super comfortable as well!
If I could recommend one design improvement to HomCom, it would be to add blue tooth speakers to the head rest so I can ignore my husband working beside me and tune out my children distance learning in the kitchen! lol
Seriously though, I love this chair so much, I purchased one for my husband as well. Excellent value for all the amenities and so so worth it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] LOVE my new umbrella! It was so very easy to put together and the perfect size needed for my outdoor wood dining table! We have had some hellacious storms recently and it stood for them all, we made sure to put the umbrella down for them of course. The only thing you need to purchase separately is your base. I went with the black square that breaks down into 4 sections you fill with water or sand.

Looks as pictured. Heat works and wasn't that bad putting together. Instructions don't have words, just diagrams. As far as massage, it's not a shiatsu chair so don't expect that okay? It vibrates in patterns on back, lower back, and thighs which is really nice but like I said it doesn't have rollers in it moving around on your back, that would be a $1000 chair for sure.  I think it's a great high back chair, it's comfortable and does what's advertised.

Excellent Chair

I am very pleased with my office chair that is more like a piece of decorator furniture.  I ordered it in cream which is soft and beautiful and very comfortable.  The fact that it has a vibrating massage feature is icing on the cake!

Great little chair

I only have a couple of things  - I don't know what the button is for on the seat of the chair.  If it is to adjust the back, it doesn't seem to work.  Which leads to my next observation - seat leans too far back for my comfort.  From the pictures, it appears that i assembled the chair correctly.  Other than those two things, this chair seems to be well made, the seat is very comfortable, and the massaging and heat hit the spot.  I love the remote and the pocket for it is really nice and handy.

Nice Chair

It is a cute chair and comfortable.  The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the massage and heating features are not very strong, but overall its a good purchase.

There was one other review I wish I would have read first.  The chair is a nice and has great quality, I thought it was weird how it held together but it worked.  Only issue is if you are sitting in this chair all day it is not ergonomic at all.  It sinks in right below the head rest part so you are hunched over the whole time it feels like and after a few hours of that you start to feel it. I am 5'8".  It would be a good chair for a short stints, but this isn't an ergonomic chair for sitting in all day due to this flaw

Not Ergonomic

The chair is shorter than expected. The chair doesn't go up but a few centimeters when you try to adjust the height and the chair seems to keep going down over time while sitting in it. I only had the chair for a month and wish I had returned it. It's not worth the money. The massage is nice though, but the cord is short so you need an extension cord. Wish I didn't get rid of the box so quick.
