Looks great, really nice flame effects. Heat my master bedroom just fine. What I don't care for is no thermostat, instead you set the timer. Two heat settings. Fan isn't very strong, but works ok. Dan is a little noisier than it should be.. but it is worth the money and it does look great

Fireplace is great but the remote could use some upgrading.

Homcom fireplace

Fire nice never thought for the price I paid . Even on sale it would be all plastic . It's ok where I have it under my desk in my office in a angle corner. That no one can touch it or go near it . It would be very easy to break .  If you looking for something heavy that does not move around. In my opion this is not the fireplace you should purchase . I am somewhat concerned of it heating up .  looks very nice the remote is 
awesome . Used it twice already . I will be keeping it as long as it heats well
