The quality of the material of this chair was quite good.  Unfortunately I had to return it as the head rest was at my shoulders and don't it me well.  I'm 5'10 and found the chair too small.  Aosom made the return process simple and pleasant. The were very good to deal with and attended to my concerns in a timely manner.
