Had a 3yr upright Dyson. Vacuumed my carpet with the Dyson. Vacuumed the same area with the Hoover and got a lot of extra dog hair. The power of this vacuum is impressive. A must have for any pet owner. I gave my Dyson to a friend

My furry dog sheds 10 new dogs a day. This vacuum is good at picking up dog hair BUT it is much heavier than what the specs say and difficult to clean after vacuuming. How to manual is inadequate. Online shows a different vac than the 1 received and tools are a joke.

Not What I Thought

No wonder it's discontinued. Poor ergonomic design. The vacuum is too light to use the hand tools and falls
Over almost immediately. The brush is noisy and scatters debris on hardwood. Wouldn't recommend.

Returned

The brush does not stop when using accessories and it ruined my floor. It is made with cheap plastic and the part on the bottom that adjust height has broken. It is less then a year old

Do not purchase

Used this vacuum 2 times and the cover on the dustpan keeps falling off into the garbage can when I open it. Tried to return it within the first week and Walmart will not return it without the box.

Beware purchasing vacuums from Walmart

Clip that hold canister on is made of a tgin piece of plastic that was broken just taking the new vacuum out of the box

Poor design

Not recommended

The beater bar damaged my luxury vinyl plank flooring. The floor used to have a satin shine. It is now dull and lifeless.

Argh. Just pulled it out of the box. The dirt cup does not make tight fit to dirt intake hose - I can fit several sheets of paper into the gap. Guess what is going to happen when I turn on the vacuum - dirt flying through the air. The seal on the bottom of the dirt cup is a joke too. It's also missing a crevice tool.

Must really think their consumers are stupid
