I have had my Hoover Spotless cleaner a for about a month now and it is working great. Everything I clean up comes up easily. The machine is so simple to use. I have bought plenty of Hoover products and each one has always been reliable. I would definitely recommend this product to any pet parents!

If you have pets, this is a must-have item.  Cat vomit, cat pee--this machine has been a workhorse and life saver over the years. I just bought a second one after the one I had for five years finally gave out.

I have two cats, one of whom is on a medication so I have vomit on my beige carpets. I read many reviews on a variety of spot/hand-held machines, for the price I chose Hoover One Spot. The clean and dirty water containers are easy to add, dump, clean out, along with the hose cleaning spout to make sure your machine stays clean on the inside. I have had success cleaning up the areas of vomit on my carpets, the cleaner & spot remover samples that come with the unit have convinced me I bought the right machine for my needs. Powerful, lightweight, easy to clean out makes Hoover One Spot the one to get. Love it!

Snappy Little Machine.

This is a hard working little machine that will make your life easier. I am so glad we purchased it. Suction is good for its size, it is easy to store, and the hose cleaning feature is genius. We have two dogs, and messes do happen. This is great for quicl cleanups, and also works well on upholstry. Thanks Hoover!

Awesome!

It does it's job well. I've had it for about two years now and it still works just the same but the hose is really dirty. It has "self cleaning" tech, which makes you think good things, but all it really does is flow water through the hose. It DOES help. But it's not CLEAN. I have two dogs and four kids, there's some yuck stuff I've used this on. I would have given it more stars if the hose was replaceable. But since it's not I'm now looking for a different cleaner. I would keep it longer, because it DOES still work great, but the smell of the hose is really just awful.

Works well but hose gets gross!

I have pets so obviously there are random frequent accidents I need to clean up, this worked amazingly at first but after the 20th use it now leaks on both sides of bottom and my spray nozzle no longer sprays, tried cleaning it out because maybe something sticky was in it but no luck, so disappointed

Was working great at first but...

I expected really great things as my friend has this item and loves it. Unfortunately, I received a defective unit and despite troubleshooting the sprayer wouldnt work. It wasnt clogged, as I didnt even use it yet. I looked up reviews online and apparently this is a common issue.

Defective unit, not uncommon problem

Not very effective at all in cleaning stair carpet. We walk barefoot on carpet and flip on tiles.Followed instructions but as you can see the attached images.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've contacted customer service twice now, both times they said they'd send me a return label since their product is faulty. The seal on the product isn't the best, it leaks even when I'm not even using it. It's been 4 days now and still no return shipping label. I'll be contacting my bank to deal with it instead.

Worst customer service

I bought this so that I don't have to bring out my large Hoover Rug Cleaner. While the large one is amazing, it's a bit of an ordeal to bring it out to clean small spots from pets. I'm on my second large rug cleaner, because after 20 years, I decided to get an updated product. I love it and got a family member to buy one as well. Too bad I can't say the same about my spot cleaner. I don't use it often and now the sprayer doesn't work. I read about this happening, but with my good luck with Hoover vacuums and my rug cleaner, I took a risk. Bad choice. It looks new (unlike my rug cleaner), but is pretty useless now. For close to the price as the large ones, I would have hoped for a better product.
