I've only used this steamer once so far, but can already tell I like it better than the previous model I had...(a shark product) I had gone through about 3 of them (only steamer product available in my area, so no choice) until looking online after my 3rd one died :-/ . The difference is that the shark one only released steam when you pulled the handle in a pump motion. This one has a button so you can choose the amount of steam that is released. Overall a great product for a very reasonable price.

Wow! I don't know how I've done without my Hoover TwinTankTM brushes all these years... if only I had known! No, it doesn't just clean up, but I really feel like I'm disinfecting the floors. I highly recommend it, you will not be disappointed.

I couldn't live without it

This cleaning tool is easy to use, light weight, and has a long cord that allows going around furniture. The cleaning pads are easy to put on and remove, easy to wash.
This was a great buy, washing a floor has never been so easy! The best part: Walmart sells it cheaper than anywhere else.

Works great cleans lino floor quite well with or without cleaning product.

Easy to use, heats up fast.

Very good product; easy to operate and liquid reservoirs are easy to access and fill. Steam is adequate on floors and carpets.

Hoover Twin Tank Steam Mop

This is a replacement for 2 Shark brand steamers that both clogged up and I had to throw out. The pad is easy to put on but appears to be very flimsy and looks like it will not last very long. The long cord is a plus. My only concern is it leaves more water on the floor than the Sharks ever did. It does clean well but the pad is sub par. It does heat up very quickly and the water reservoir is easily filled although on the small side.

its good except floor cleaning solution makes floor sticky

Hoover steam mop

The mop is great in terms of the mechanics of it and it does the job mediocre; my issue is with the trigger button.  You have to constantly hold the trigger button to clean the floor.  I wasn't excepting to have to hold it down the entire time.  Also, I do like the swivel head of the mop but  when you put your foot down and apply pressure to scrub specific stains, the mop tends to slip out from under my foot (this is my experience) .... I am not sure if I can return this item because I returned it but if so, I am going to return it for something else.

Cleans well but annoying.....

I bought it and try to clean hardwood floor.
Everything is fine but trigger.
If I want steam it, trigger needs to be pulled all the time of using.
It is okay first time but my arm is getting tired time goes by.
So I returned it and order another one there is no trigger needed.

If there might be trigger hold button, I might not return it.

It is good but so annoying
