I've owned hoover vacuum cleaners for almost my whole adult life. I love hoover vacuums. I have a cleaning business so I've used a lot of different vacuums and I find the hoover is the best. When my clients need a new vacuum I tell them to get a hoover canister.

Suction power is great. It exceeded expectations. I liked the accessories included with it. Light weighted machine which makes it easy to move around the house and sometimes more preferable to a central vacuum system. Though, the electric cord was not long enough.

Help w buying a part for this great vacuum

Our house is a 1100sq ft two story house. PRO: This vacuum is good on bare floors and carpet floors. It has lots of suction and the beater brush is very powerful. The unit follows you around adequately. CONS: The power cord is too short - about 6 feet too short. For larger homes or bungalows, this cord length will only allow you to do one room.

This is our second try at this particular model.BOTH the brush wouldn't work brand new out of the box.Tried twice for help with Hoover and both times more than a 15 minute wait for assistance.

Terrible

I purchased this vacuum aprox 4 months ago and am incredibly disappointed. At first I was so happy with the suction and went crazy vacuuming all over the house. Now the filter is clogged and cant be cleaned, triggers the red light even after cleaning and emptying, the min-max slide does nothing any more and it has lost so much suction in an incredibly short time. The filter can't even be cleaned, there is pet fur under the mesh that can't be removed.

This was a waste of money.

So disappointed with this product. I ordered the ProDeluxe Powered by WindTunnel because it is a Hoover product which has a good reputation and it stated it had technology to give a deep clean on carpets with the "Advanced Multi-Cyclonic System ensures No Loss of Suction". I purchased using loyalty points in May after researching the product and being familiar with the Hoover Brand. The performance of this vacuum is disappointing; it hardly picks up loose rugs pile, loose dog hair or environmental dust from floors. I do not recommend this and can only hope Hoover will stand by their product and reach out to me to discuss.

Very Poor Performance

The hose broke in less than 6 months. None sells parts for this model. I don't suggest it since no available parts.
