Excellent quality and price, work as advised, the order was fulfilled the order sooner than they told me.

Excellent service

If I could give it a half star, I would. This brush is very poorly made. The bristles are covered in rubber, so they actually pull hair out by the wads! It was so painful to try to pull them through my hair. I gave it to my granddaughter, as I thought maybe I'm just too tender-headed, but she hated it, too.

I wasted my money on this item.  It does not get hot enough to straighten thick hair.
