Fails to produce consistent, complete prints with ink output.

Lasts a long time and produces good prints.

It's an ink cartridge, there's not much to say. It works. It's an extra large capacity, but that just means it has more ink filled inside, the cartridge is going to stay the same size on the outside obviously so it will fit in the printers. It does seem to last longer than the regular cartridge.

The cartridge does not last as long as I would like.  The cartridge is expensive.  HP now has the ability to cut off the user if a cartridge subscription lapses.  While this is not true for my older printer, it applies to our newer HP printer.  This is an unfair business practice.  Our next printer will NOT be HP

This doesn't deserve one star, I put it in my printer last week and it's not working, 
IT is too late to return it, I have had others trying it, I wish I had put it in sooner so I could have returned it!

Bad ink, maybe it was old and dried up!

I BOUGHT THE 564XL BLACK INK CARTRIDGE FOR MY HP PRINTER. THE CARTRIDGE DID NOT PRINT ANY INK AT ALL. I HAD TO GO TO OFFICE MAX AND REPLACE IT. I WILL NOT PURCHASE ANY MORE INK CARTRIDGES ONLINE. I DID NOT SEE ANY WAY OR INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO RETURN THIS ITEM TO WALMART. IN THE LONG RUN, THIS COST ME MORE THAN IF I HAD JUST GONE TO OFFICE MAX OR OFFICE DEPOT IN THE FIRST PLACE.

BAD PRODUCT

It was light print from the first time I printed with the “new” cartridge. It must have been an old cartridge because the black print looks like it's dried out.
