Cartridge Loading

I have certain projects were I do a lot of printing. I'd been buying the 61 cartridges in double packs. But I was going through those so quickly. I decided to give the 61XL a go and it really does print MORE than 2 regulars will. If you do a good deal of printing, the 61XL is by far a better deal than the regular 61 cartridge.

Lasts much longer than the regular cartridge

walmart.com

We seemed to be going thru black ink cartridges too quickly. Wanted to try the new XL cartridge because it equals 2.5 of the regular cartridge. Walmart recently offered this cartridge at a reduced price online. Ordered and paid online from "Site to Store" and then walked into Walmart the next day and picked it up. "Site to Store" is so easy and it saves you on shipping costs.

HP 61 XL Ink Cartridge

What do you say, I needed a new cartridge for my HP printer, it takes the 61 cartridge. What else would I buy. I would not recommend it to all my friends because not all of them have HP printers. The high yield cartridge I replaced lasted a very long time and I was very pleased with it. I also bought a 61 color cartridge. I could have bought a new printer with cartridges cheaper than the standard color cartridge I bought, but then I would have two printers and I only need one.

It's black and makes lots of copies

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product was as represented HP quality still seems to maintained. Wish that Walmart offered military and/senior discounts.

I don’t print very often, I just hope it lasts longer than the last one I bought. For the little I printed it is excellent.

Printer

hp.com

I am dumbfounded at how little ink is in this XL (which is supposed to be extra long lasting). It's just highway robbery, but because I only use original brand name so as to keep my warranty in force. It's getting worse every time I buy a cartridge, 61 XL black and 61 Tricolor too.
It just so predatory……

Paying more for less ink in cartridges

Your company's rec cartridge is not recognized.I'm really not happy

Cartridge not recognized

My computer/printer is telling me the cartridge is used, refilled for counterfeit even though it is in an HP box. I have used it very little and will not print.

this is the 2nd time that i ordered printer ink from Walmart website and second time i received unusable cartridge. my printer is rejecting this cartridge as counterfeit

Some years ago I purchased a well-made, easy to understand and quality printer, the HP Envy 5530 printer, which still functions beautifully. Recently I tried to order my replacement 61XL ink cartridges, only to discover that the color cartridges no longer seem to be available. So now, in addition to the cartridges being ridiculously and inexplicably EXPENSIVE, I find that they're being made extinct, too. Several months ago I bought a new HP printer to see what the new versions are like, only to immediately return it because of the hideous quality of the printing and the unreadable screen. Now the great printer I have is being made obsolete because there will be no cartridges available, and apparently soon I'll have to deal with the garbage machinery that passes for a printer these days.

Why do these things cost so much? And where are the 61XL color cartridges?

HP 61XL Black High Yield Original Ink Cartridge (CH563WN) centered front view of a single black cartridge with HP logo and part number visible; Original HP cartridge designed to produce sharp black text with approx. 480-page high-yield capacity for compatible HP DeskJet printers, often kept as a spare for home-office document printing.
