I love the way my printer prints when my ink tank is on full.  Even though it's an older model printer, the pics are clear and the color is vibrant.

I love the color but I have found that cartridges do not last as long as they used to.

Vibrant color

I've tried the really cheap replacements and was never completely happy. These genuine cartridges perform very well, but at crazy prices. It was actually cheaper to buy a new printer and I was ready to do so, but of course it was out of stock. You should look at your prices and get them down to 60-70% of a new printer, not 110%. When I buy a new one I'll be looking at all brands.

To Whom it may concern,

I am not sure about your supply chain. I ordered a replacement HP 312X High Yield Black Original LJ Toner a few years ago from you. It turned out to be counterfeit. Since then, I ordered two replacements, the first one registers low on toner, I haven't tried the second one yet. Either they are truly empty, or the counterfeit one damaged my printer's black toner sensor. I am not happy about this experience.
