Your photo paper works well in my HP printer. I had tried another brand, and wasn't having any luck. Your on-line help suggested that I stick with the HP photo paper, and I'm glad I did.

HP Photo Paper

HP everyday photo paper is successfully used in my Envy printer even though the higher rated HP paper is not.  I use 8.5 x 11 because the feeder is not challenged.  This is a work around when printing pics on a simple household printer but well worth it.  The final quality is fine an the convenience is tops.

Do not let the low price fool you.  These papers are perfect for those photos you need to get off your phone and free up your cloud space.  Then have a scrapbooking weekend or week and get them in your books to enjoy on the coffee table with family and friends!!
