[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been wanting a wireless printer so I could print things from the internet without having to go to town to the library %26 pay 50¢   for every color copy (%26 20¢  for b/w). And I can print out crochet patterns, articles, recipes %26 other things in b/w at home as well without making a trip to town to do it. This machine lets me do that as well as many other things.

Have used once so far. Impressed by how easy it was to set up and connect to my T Mobile WiFi and Apple devices. Does not have double sided printing feature that my last printer had. Hope that I don't regret that. Does have automatic replenishment program for ink and paper. Overall, very satisfied.

The HP 2800e was easy to set up and is a nice priced, efficient printer. This is our second HP printer; the old one is 7 years old and still working.

The HP 2800e is a nice easy to use printer and it's a value for it's price.

still have trouble getting the printer to connect. Takes a long time. After two weeks it seems to be losing its connection and I'll have to call again for help - third time. 
When it does print it's fast and clean.

Easier said than done

I am 87 years old. The display screen is too dark, too small and not lit to see. A extra light reflects shadows making it even more impossible to see the controls. Print quality is okay. I expected this printer to be an automatic double sided printer but of course it isn't.

Printer not up to what I expected.

Mixed opinions on this printer. Print quality looks good, but paper feed is poor. Right guide does't slide over far enough to guide letter sized prints.

HP DeskJet 2827e

HP has abandoned the old way of installing printers, for the 'new' HP Smart software. PS the OLD way actually worked! When I downloaded the Smart  software, it screwed up my beautifully working Windows 11 PC! I can no longer use my network cable; it says I don't have one! It was working JUST FINE when I downloaded the software! I am still trying to get that working. The setup failed, by the way, even using my wifi settings. I guess I will have to settle for using wifi from now on, or at least, until I buy a new PC! I think my next printer will NOT be one made by HP! It will be a miracle if I ever get this printer to work.

Do NOT buy a 'wireless printer made by HP!

The only thing it printed w info page brand  new a month..2new cartridges..light blinks
all the time..I'm ready to throw it off a balcony as another did..(true) 
I have used all the booting solutions I can..I was so pleased I c print from my IPad both r connected to WIF n it won't print.

Never buy HP

I have no ides how good the printer was. I returned it because I could never get it installed. To install the printer you need to go to 123.hp.com. I went there and got hacked TWICE! Everything seems to be going AI. Why don't companie make stuff that can be downloaded and installed with a disk. Granted most newer PCs don't have the drives anymore, but that could be fixed. Get a grip Big Money and give the little guy a break.

BIG Brother is Watching

Well, This is the first time I have had some many issues with linking up and getting my printer to function properly. I am still having issues and just cannot get things to work right and have had so many problems with a virtual agent. I have not been able to connect to an actual agent.
