[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This printer is compact and easy to use that works well for everyday home printing. The quality of print is good for both black and white and colour prints and the multifunction feature makes it useful for scanning and copying too. Setup is straightforward, overall it's a convenient option if you are looking for an affordable all in one printer for regular use.

Easy to use, good print qulaity

hp.com

I am very happy and quite easy to use for my new printer and I am happy to put subscriber for the cartridges that go with the printer and no more need to run into stores for ink

Printer

Printer is used almost exclusively to accept jobs from 2 mobile phones and two tablets. Device works well and is quiet. Installation using mobile phone started well but had numerous hurdles. Install process does not complete registration. Manual effort to register was ineffective. App still says install incomplete even though device is working.

Printer works extremely well and is quiet. Installation process awful.

I purchased years ago and excellent hp printer that copied on both sides. This one you can only manually copy both sides. Very disappointed. My husband will do my printing bc I become so upset when wanting 2 copy both sides. The box said it scanned, printed, copied, guess I didn't tag the small print that wasn't there.

Not what I thought I bought

I have had this printer since May. It has been issues every time I try to use it. Doesn't print but says printing. It needs a driver when I don't understand because I uploaded it when I got it no issue. I have had to reinstall it more times that I should have too.

Never again!

Extremely difficult to set up and print from. I should have known better than to buy another HP product. Issues connecting to laptop to print. Constant errors when trying to print from my phone.

Horrible

The set up has been time consuming. Trying to get the dang thing to print. Then when I finally get it to print my black ink is running out in less than a month from buynig it and I was not able to print some important documents. I have been a lifelong Canon printer customer and decided to give HP a try. I am very disappointed in this product.

Not impressed at all.

I like it being wireless. Unclutters my desk.

However, it was very difficult to link up to my computer ( bought new at same time )

Finally got it working. Then out of the blue it stops printing. Tried everything Google recommended.

Would not buy again.

Fickle machine

When I print its not clear at all. I have went back and forth with the support team via email because no real number exists. I returned one even and exchanged for the same thinking it was that printer. Same kind does the same thing!! I have had others printer for me the same exact sheet from off my phone with their printer.. clear and perfect. So it is definitely no doubt this printer!!
I printed 20 sheets at least and each one is slightly different. Different smudges and different blurry marks in different spots even tho I printed the exact same thing.

Doesn't print clear

This is my 3rd HP printer and it will absolutely be my last. I'm so sick it them charging fro every single little thing, to never stays connected to the network, the ink you have to pay so much for last about a week and then just prints dull colors. NOT WORTH your time, energy or money

NEVER WORKS
